Quick Mac and Cheese
This simple mac and cheese recipe for the stovetop is a quick and tasty way to make a comforting meal. In just 20 minutes, you can have creamy, cheesy macaroni made with simple ingredients and little work.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the box to cook the macaroni until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat
