Keto Avocado Bacon Egg Breakfast Muffins



These Keto Avocado Bacon Egg Breakfast Muffins are a perfect way to start your day on a low-carb keto lifestyle. Packed with healthy fats and protein, they'll keep you satisfied and energized.

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing muffin tin

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Cut the avocados in half and take out the pits

Take a small amount of flesh out of each half of the avocado to make room for the eggs

To keep them stable, put the avocado halves in a muffin tin with the flesh side up

Place an egg in the middle of each avocado half

Add pepper and salt

Put some crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top of each avocado with an egg inside it

Put the dish in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the egg is done the way you like it

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
