Samoa Bundt Cake Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 4 Samoa cookies, crushed
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a Bundt cake pan
Put cake mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl
Mix everything together well
Mix in the toasted coconut shreds, then pour the batter into the Bundt pan that has been prepared
Put it in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Before taking the cake out of the pan, let it cool completely
Cut the cake into small cubes after it has cooled down
Place cake cubes in bowls or glasses for serving and top with chocolate ganache, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and chopped toasted pecans
Do this again and again until the glasses are full
Add crushed Samoa cookies to the top of each parfait to make it taste even better
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
