Ingredients: 2 cups of mixed greens 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cucumber, sliced 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette dressing Instructions: Wash and prepare the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salad Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad Toss the salad gently to mix all the ingredients Serve immediately and enjoy!
